Six weeks after my first appointment I was back running the river loop pain-free. The plan was clear from day one and every session built on the last.

Sarah M.
Paddington · Treated for Lower back pain

I had been struggling with lower back pain for two years and had almost given up. After four sessions at Reform, I was back running. My physio explained what was actually causing the problem, not just the symptoms.

Tom H.
Auchenflower · Treated for ACL rehabilitation

Had my ACL reconstruction in March and started rehab here straight after. The team mapped out the whole timeline and kept adjusting as I progressed. I was back playing footy nine months later, ahead of schedule.

Priya K.
Milton · Treated for Exercise rehab

Years of desk work left me with constant neck and shoulder tightness. Eight weeks of exercise rehab made a remarkable difference, and the small group sessions meant real attention from my physio.

Book an appointment
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?

No referral is needed. Book directly online or call us and come straight in. If you have a GP chronic disease management plan and want to claim Medicare rebates, bring it along, but it is not required to book.

Do you process health fund claims on the spot?

Yes. We use HICAPS, so you swipe your private health insurance card at your appointment and only pay the gap. Most major health funds are accepted.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Shorts are ideal for lower limb and back assessments, and a singlet or T-shirt works well for shoulders and neck. If you forget, we have shorts available at the clinic.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the condition and how long it has been going on. Acute injuries often resolve in four to six sessions, while chronic conditions or post-op rehab may take longer. Your physio will give you a realistic timeline at your first appointment.

Are you registered for NDIS participants?

Yes. We see plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants and can liaise directly with your plan manager. Get in touch before your first appointment and we will sort out the details together.

Can I try the body map, then just book straight away?

Of course. The body map above is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Book an initial assessment and your physio will confirm exactly what is going on at your first visit.
